Ok, two points that I would like to address that are inaccurate in the video:
1. The Colorado River does not provide California with all of its water. The Colorado River provides water to maybe 10% of California. Most of the water in California comes from the Sacramento River and the San Joaquin Basin.

In the event that California were allowed to secede from the USA, the USA would lose its single largest cash cow state, and would drop from No 1 economy in the world to number 2. Without having to send $350 Billion dollars to the USA in federal taxes, California could afford to meet all of its financial payment, fund its own social safety net, and build a powerful military. And the military would likely be quite nearly all drones. Additionally, all of the port fees, taxes, and so on that the federal government had gotten from goods coming ashore in California... would go to the new nation.
California would being able to Lower corporate taxes, while still having higher safety and environmental standards than any other nation.
