If the contaminated water is safe as they claim why don't Japan disperse it into its own waters? This is one of the most selfish decisions an administration can decide to take.
If a country chooses to develop nuclear energy then the country alone should suffer the consequences.

Processed just means that it’s super diluted so that if you dump it into the sea, the effects will be minimal
